I will give you tips and show you how much of a difference staging your home properly will make in the sale of your home. I will help you make your home more attractive to potential buyers by also giving you tips on how to boost the curb appeal of your home.
Once your home is listed, I immediately set into motion our comprehensive marketing plan. My goal is to maximize your home’s exposure to as many agents and qualified buyers as possible to ensure the quickest sale and the highest price possible.
I enter your home information plus multiple professional high definition photos and a virtual tour on the local Multiple Listing Service (with your permission) and make sure that it is also listed on over 900 public sites such as realtor.com, greathomes.org, californiamoves.com, and coldwellbanker.com.
I notify my personal sphere of influence and usually do an office preview to get additional feedback.
I quickly and effectively market your home through traditional methods such as signs, lock-box, fliers, Brokers’ tours and open houses for the public, print advertising, and postcards. In addition I have an entire marketing package featuring a custom website, TV advertising, social media promotion, neighborhood announcements, property and mobile brochures.

Throughout the home sale process, I take great care to make sure that you are up-to-date on everything that is going on and that your needs and concerns are attended to. Whenever you sell a home with me, I suggest that you purchase a Home Protection Plan. Having a home protection or warranty plan is a great additional selling feature and will make your home more attractive to potential buyers. This warranty plan covers the seller for up to 180 days for most major appliances and other items too so you can have peace-of-mind while you attend to more important things at this time. The warranty plan also covers the new buyer for one year from the date the home changes ownership, so in the unlikely event that there is an electrical or appliance problem shortly after the sale, the new buyer is less likely to want to contact you.
